HSE Coordinator

Objective

To provide HSE advice to line managers and to develop, maintain and promote corporate policies and procedures that create a healthy and safe workplace for Jones Lang LaSalle employees (within the Property Asset ManagementDivision) and their sub-contractors.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Environment, Health and Safety), Master Degree in Safety Environment would be advantages.
  • Experienced working in High-Rise Building
  • Good communication in English is mandatory
  • Certificated K3 Umum is Mandatory
  • Cerificated Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is Mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to transfer HSE knowledge to operational staff and managers and provide effective training, coaching and mentoring to staff.
  • Capacity to maintain a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Intermediate skills in office computing applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective presentations and/or reports to the executive and senior management team.
  • Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking with strong communication, consultation and facilitation skills.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the principles of HSE, EEO and ethical practice.
  • Advanced understanding of National and local HSE and Workers compensation legislation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesia Standards related to HSE.
  • Experienced inWorkers Compensation and Return to Work Coordination.
  • Able to create HIRAC report
  • Placement in Jakarta
